"htpp://adessobeauty.com" (hereinafter the "Website")are implemented under the conditions of this privacy policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy").

The terms whose first letter appears in capital letters and which are not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Site.

BRS Beauty informs you that in the sense of the above-mentioned regulation :

  • "Personal data" is any information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual.
  • "Processing of personal data" is any operation or set of operations applied to personal data.

Article 1 - Information on the processing of personal data

BRS Beauty collects personal data either directly from Users, generally through order forms or registration to the Site newsletter, or indirectly during interactions with Users and/or Customers.

When personal data is collected directly from Users and/or Customers mandatory information is marked with an asterisk. This information is indispensable for the execution of the contract with BRS Beauty or to comply with a legal obligation. Failure to provide this information may prevent the registration and/or processing of the Order, or the sending of the newsletter.

Article 2 - Contractors that have access to user's personal data

The personal data of Users and/or Customers are treated by BRS Beauty confidentially.

BRS Beauty shares them only with :

Finally, the User benefits from the right to portability of his or her personal data, as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of his or her personal data after his or her death. Users who can prove their identity may also request that their personal data be restricted, or object to the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons. If necessary, this period may be extended by two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, in which case BRS Beauty will keep the User informed.

The User may lodge a complaint with the CNIL if he considers that the protection of his Personal Data has not been ensured within the framework of the processing implemented by BRS Beauty.

Article 5 - Updating

BRS Beauty can make changes to its Privacy Policy, in particular to comply with the laws and regulations. Changes affecting the Privacy Policy and their effective date will be communicated to Users in advance. After the effective date, browsing the Site will demand the acceptance of these changes.
