In accordance with the provisions of law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified by law n°2018-493 of June 20, 2018, we inform you that the processing of personal data collected fromhthe website accessible at the address " htpp://adessobeauty.com " (hereafter the " Site "), are implemented under the conditions of the present policy of confidentiality (hereafter the "Policy of Confidentiality").

The terms whose first letter appears in capital letters and which are not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Site.

BRS Beauty informs you that in the sense of the above-mentioned regulation :

  • "Personal data" is any information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual.
  • "Processing of personal data" is any operation or set of operations applied to personal data.


Article 1 - Information on the processing of personal data

BRS Beauty collects personal data either directly from Users, generally through order forms or registration to the Site newsletter, or indirectly during interactions with Users and/or Customers.

This information is required in order to execute the contract with BRS Beauty or to meet a legal obligation. Failure to provide this information may prevent the registration and/or processing of an Order, or the sending of the newsletter, if applicable.


Article 2 - Contractors that have access to user's personal data

The personal data of Users and/or Customers are treated by BRS Beauty confidentially.

BRS Beauty shares them only with :

The person responsible for processing personal data is BRS Beauty, on its own behalf. Each User providing proof of identity may demand that personal data concerning him or her be communicated to him or her or that they be, as the case may be, rectified, completed, updated or deleted. Under the same conditions, the User may also withdraw his consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulnesś of the processing based on the consent carried out prior to the withdrawal thereof. Finally, the User benefits from the right to portability of his personal data as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of his personal data after his death. Each User who can prove his identity can also request the limitation or oppose the processing of his personal data for legitimate reasons. The rights of each User mentioned in the present document can be exercised by writing to hello@adessobeauty.com. A reply will be sent within one month of receipt of the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, in which case BRS Beauty will keep the User informed.

The User may lodge a complaint with the CNIL if he considers that the protection of his Personal Data has not been ensured within the framework of the processing implemented by BRS Beauty.


Article 5 - Updating

BRS Beauty. may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, including to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Changes to the Privacy Policy and their effective date will be communicated to Users in advance. After the effective date, continued use of the Site will constitute acceptance of such changes.
